This amazing pool home is all you need in Tampa to relax. The pool is heated only between October- April. The 1/2 acre property is located on the Rocky Creek Canal and has fishing available right across the street. This is a four roomy bedroom with 2 full bathroom w/ 2,000 sq ft of living space. There are TVs in every room and a 70" big screen in the family room. There are 3 queen-size beds and 1 full-size bed. There are also 2 sleeper sofas. There is seating for six at the dining room table. There is also a deck in the back w/ a table and chair set in the shade, as well as a hammock to enjoy the outside .beauty. The place is just amazing. Same owner as the TreeHouse. Please note that the garage is not accessible to tenants. The property owner uses it as storage.

Summary: The house was great, met our needs perfectly. Communication with host was fast and easy. The pool could use a cleaning but that's how it is when it rains every day. Had a better than typical assortment of kitchen items, which helped tremendously because we did a lot of cooking. Location is on a busy road and getting in an out of the driveway was sometimes a challenge but it is convenient to anything you could need. There were many thoughtful touches (a stroller, first aide kit, a selection of coffee pods and condiment packets, spices, etc) Would recommend to friends and family who come into the area.
